S.M.A.R.T Goals

Goal Statement: I will spend more time riding my bike to improve my endurance and speed. I can record the dates that I biked, my speed, distance, and heart rate on a piece of paper each time I bike. I can also plan ahead to make sure I don't skip days. At the end of each month, I can reflect on my data, and based on the information, set a new distance/speed/time goal to keep on improving my skills.
